For guest users, the cart is stored in the browser's local storage.

IT Infrastructure Specialist

2005-2023

Planned, implemented, developed, and maintained IT infrastructure for an organization with over 200 employees.
Supported more than 300 workstations, 300 peripheral devices, 20 physical hosts, and 40+ virtual machines.
Designed and maintained a fault-tolerant and scalable IT infrastructure.
Managed servers, networking, storage systems, user access, and cybersecurity measures.

Key Achievements:

In 2016, successfully led the complete migration of the IT infrastructure during an organizational relocation with zero downtime.
Transitioned all server infrastructure to VMware ESXi virtualization.
Deployed a reliable backup and monitoring system to ensure business continuity and system visibility.

From 2018 to 2023, independently designed and developed an internal application to automate documentation workflows:

  • enabled structured data storage and processing
  • automated generation of operational and reporting documents
  • produced statistical reports and auto-generated official correspondence
  • integrated with external information systems

Result: increased staff productivity by 3X, seliminated routine manual tasks, improved decision quality, reduced errors, and consistently met service delivery deadlines.

From 2022 to 2023, led a business process optimization project within the Lean production framework:

  • conducted in-depth process mapping (value stream mapping)
